Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager to lead our service locally and provide gold standard support to our customers in their supported living residences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of quality in your provision and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional care
  • Coaching and developing your team using your own experience and industry qualifications
  • Managing and implementing policies and procedures for Safeguarding and Health and Safety
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary of up to £40,000 per annum, including allowances
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Predominantly day shift, with some flexibility
