Job Title: Senior Night Care Worker

Night Care Worker Required for Stanbridge House

We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Worker to join our team at Stanbridge House in Banbury. As a key member of our overnight shift, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents during the night.

As a Night Care Worker, you will be required to perform various duties, including responding to resident calls, providing medication assistance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also have the opportunity to engage with residents and provide emotional support when needed.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, part-time position working 2 nights per week, including alternate weekends. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident calls and provide support
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Engage with residents and provide emotional support

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a care setting (preferably at night)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
