Job Title: Female Advanced Support Worker
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Advanced Support Worker to join our team in the Banbury/Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you'll provide support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role
As a Female Advanced Support Worker, you'll work in a supported living service, supporting individuals with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Encouraging individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community
- Working collaboratively with the support team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, preferably in a supported living setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Valid UK driving license (senior level)
