We are seeking a dedicated Female Advanced Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. Our ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and experience with Challenging Behavior.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career as an Advanced Support Worker, working with individuals with varying care needs in the Banbury/Oxford area. You will be supporting people with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities in a supported living setting.

As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for our service users. Your values will be at the heart of everything you do, driving our vision of 'Your Life, Your Choice' and our strategy 'Best Lives Possible'.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working alongside a dedicated team of Support Workers. You will be supported in your career development, with access to training, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
