About the Job
Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their Single Point of Access (SPA) team as a SPA Clinician.
As a SPA Clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a team to provide effective triage and assessment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality triage and assessment services to patients, ensuring accurate identification of their needs and appropriate destinations for care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care plans and ensure seamless transitions between services.
- Utilize advanced assessment and problem-solving skills to identify complex patient needs and develop effective solutions.
About the Team
The SPA team is a dynamic and supportive environment, comprising experienced clinicians and administrators who work closely together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements
- Registered health professional qualification
- Experience of working in community health services or a relevant field
