We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Advanced Support Worker to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be required to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, and must have a full UK driving license.
