We are currently seeking highly skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration
- Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that they enjoy
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
