About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our busy Ward at Cherwell Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and be flexible with their work patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
- Work closely with Registered Nurses and consultants to provide a safe and caring environment
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
