About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple care homes in the Banbury region, providing high-quality clinical care and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional clinical care to residents across multiple care homes
- Leading a team to ensure new residents are settled in and developing tailored care plans
- Advancing the skills of your team members and promoting a culture of excellence
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge is essential, as is a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
