Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare's Luxury Nursing Home. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standard of care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification
Valid NMC PIN
