Support Learning Disabled Adults

We're recruiting Support Workers to create a future where learning disabled people live the best life possible. Our team in Banbury, Oxfordshire, offers training to become a confident Support Worker.

What We Offer
  • Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
  • Salary: £11.74 per hour
  • Working Hours: A mix of early, late, sleep-in's, and weekend shifts
  • Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including 8 statutory bank holidays)
  • Pay Incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training: Earn money while getting a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

As a Support Worker, you'll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. You'll listen to their wants and needs, enabling them to do daily tasks, build confidence, and take on new adventures.
