We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to support adults with complex learning disabilities in achieving their full potential. Our client, one of the largest learning disability charities in the UK, provides comprehensive care and support services to over 2,500 individuals through their diverse teams.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting adults with complex needs and hold relevant qualifications such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. They will be responsible for leading good practice, promoting dignity and independence, and ensuring high standards of clinical and personal support.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
