We are a dynamic and supportive team working with adults with learning disabilities in North Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a leadership role, working with a range of health professionals to deliver person-centred care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to nursing and healthcare support staff within their designated area of work at Oxford Health Foundation Trust. They will contribute to care delivery, taking a lead on specific areas, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the healthcare needs of adults with learning disabilities.
