Workshop Leadership Role

We are looking for a skilled Workshop Leadership Role candidate to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Workshop Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Banbury workshop. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities of service technicians, allocating work effectively, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management within an automotive workshop, a deep understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as familiarity with Pinewood or 1Link, is highly desirable.
A competitive salary of £33,000-£38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, 30 days annual leave, uniform, and employee discount.
