About the Opportunity: D C S Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Leadership Role to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce division, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to drive sales growth and increase market share across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of success in managing accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability on e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead and inspire your team to drive results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent commercial awareness, with a thorough understanding of commercial business modelling and P&L ownership. A salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per annum is offered, plus benefits including Life Cover, Pension, Medical Cash Plan, Cycle to Work Scheme, Subsidised Cafe, Staff Shop, and Social Events.
