About the Role
">As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital part in our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to enable individuals to live independently
- Assisting with daily tasks such as medication management, cooking, and cleaning
- Encouraging social interaction and community engagement
- Supporting individuals to develop life skills and independence
Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive hourly salary of £11.44, rising to £11.74 from October 2024, as well as a range of benefits including:
