We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our management structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
  • Manage teams effectively to promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
  • Maintain the highest standards of clinical and personal support, promoting person-centred culture.
  • Promote good practice at all times, acting as an exemplary role model.
  • Flexibility is essential, including on-call rota and emergency responses.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Good IT skills and experience maintaining records.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent.
  • Detailed knowledge of Health and Safety issues and Safeguarding regulations.
