Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our management structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities- Support adults with complex learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
- Manage teams effectively to promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical and personal support, promoting person-centred culture.
- Promote good practice at all times, acting as an exemplary role model.
- Flexibility is essential, including on-call rota and emergency responses.
- Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
- Good IT skills and experience maintaining records.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent.
- Detailed knowledge of Health and Safety issues and Safeguarding regulations.
- An estimated salary of £39,140 per annum.
