Clinical Care Manager

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country, providing a wide range of general and specialist clinical services. We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager to join our team on Laburnum ward.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and clinical expertise to the ward team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all professional boundaries. They will also develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge necessary to provide person-centered evidence-based care.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,712 - £71,400 per annum, depending on experience.

- Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of nursing practice relevant to the clinical area
- Undertake responsibilities associated with being a mentor and preceptor
- Contribute towards the continuing development of professional nursing practice in the department
