About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team in the Banbury region. As a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to residents across multiple care homes, leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring new residents are settled in.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care to residents across multiple care homes
  • Leading a team of nurses and supporting their development
  • Developing tailored care plans to meet the needs of each resident
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, including safe administration of medicines and NMC standards

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of key regulatory frameworks
  • Proven track record of producing detailed care plans and risk assessments

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
