Every day is different as a Learning Disability Support Worker at HF Trust. You may find yourself supporting an individual to plan their weekly shop, going on an outdoor adventure, or providing everyday personal care. Whatever the task, your goal will be to empower individuals to discover new interests, achieve new goals, and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.

In addition to a competitive salary and generous holiday entitlement, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Hourly salary: £11.44, rising to £11.74 from October 2024
  • Working hours: A mix of early, late, sleep-ins, and weekend shifts
  • Generous holidays: 33 days of annual leave (8 days statutory bank holidays)
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
