Job Summary

As a key member of the Practice Plus Group team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to patients and colleagues across the patient pathway. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is looking for a new challenge.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries and respond accordingly, whether via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and patient services staff to deliver a high standard of service required by our patients.
  • Book face-to-face and telephone appointments, including initial appointments and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with NHS providers regarding the management of onward patient referrals.
  • Communicate with the Patient Services Coordinator to ensure that clinics are scheduled effectively, patients are allocated efficiently, and that theatre and clinic capacity is optimized.
