About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our patient administrative process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the efficient management of patient referrals, including triage and adherence to referral to treatment timescales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, visitors, and consultants, ensuring a professional and standard service at all times.
  • Manage day-to-day referrals from the Referral Management Centre, including SPOT contract patients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including consultants and staff.
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Basic financial awareness.
  • Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment desirable but not required.
  • Intermediate MS Office IT skills required.
