About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at DACHSER Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service from our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of import and UK shipments, including managing customer portfolios and ensuring service requirements are met.
- Providing professional communication with customers, depots, and partners, and responding promptly and accurately to enquiries.
- Managing paperwork and authorizing shipments in line with UK customs procedures.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Developing a culture of trust within and outside the immediate team, and working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure agreed service levels are met.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering quality service and building close professional relationships with customers.
- Ability to work on own initiative and adapt working day around issues that need to be addressed.
