The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems and Operations Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our human resource information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related data and information.

You will work closely with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade and optimize HR operation solutions, including implementing new HR systems and customizing existing ones to meet changing demands.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain HRIS associated with employee information management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain internal database files and tables, developing custom reports to meet HR management needs.
  • Collaborate with HR personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware requirements, designing new or modifying existing systems as needed.
  • Act as HR Operations liaison to other Human Resources domains (Talent, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Business Partners, People Services, etc.).
  • Support the global HR team with technical needs.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in relevant field, preferably in HRIS administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience collaborating with HR teams to understand business requirements related to HRIS functionalities.
  • Hands-on support and maintenance of HR systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to train and support HR team and end users on HR system functionalities, best practices, and system updates.
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure reliability and data security.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
  • Maintaining documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle complex issues.
