Job Title: HR Operations Manager

Our company, Voyago, is currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager in London, Ontario.

This role supports our growing brands, including Voyago, Priority Patient Transfer Services, and East Ferris Bus Lines. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment and report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance, enhancement projects, and implementation of new HR technology systems
  • Development of long-term goals and processes for all HR services and technology
  • Consultation, process design, project management of HR programs and HR systems, implementations, and initiatives
  • Measurement and improvement of HCM/WFM performance to maintain strong and efficient processes for future growth and integration of M&A companies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and project management roles
  • Clean Criminal Record Search
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and legislation and general accounting principles and procedures

Please note that this is not a remote position and requires the Manager to work onsite in the London office. A Hybrid working option (3 days in office and 2 days remote) may be considered after 3 months.

Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and industry standards.
