Job Description

HR Path is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join our EMEA team. This six-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll and benefits management.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits processes, including supporting internal and external inquiries, navigating policies and regulations, handling payroll data input, and collaborating with ADP for full-cycle payroll processing. You will also oversee monthly payroll administration, manage enrollments and terminations, maintain accurate employee records, and stay up-to-date on benefits-related regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll operations for countries like the UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France, or South Africa.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and experience working in fast-paced, high-growth industries.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in languages like German, French, Polish, or Italian.
