Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR System Expert to join our team at The Telegraph. As an HR Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of our Human Resources systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Joint responsibility for functional setup of HR systems
  • Leading the implementation of new HR system features and functionality
  • Drafting and agreeing functional specifications
  • Advising on best practice and process improvements

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including dynamic working opportunities, medical cover, and parental leave.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR Business Operations and knowledge of the complete 'Hire to Retire' process
  • SaaS HR solution expertise, particularly Ceridian (DayForce)
  • Functional knowledge of implementing SaaS HR modules and systems administration
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
