Strategic Workforce Development Manager

Become a vital part of Wright Solutions' journey as we strengthen our HR and L&D departments to drive people and management excellence. As a Strategic Workforce Development Manager, you will contribute significantly to the project's success.
Main Accountabilities:- Forge strong relationships with operational teams to comprehend learning needs and create targeted solutions.
- Develop and execute diverse management and leadership development initiatives.
- Support the people strategy team by providing coaching and guidance to operational managers.
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager to refine and enhance the L&D approach and materials.
We seek an accomplished professional with a strong background in L&D Business Partnerships. Essential criteria include:
- A deep understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy.
A bachelor's degree in L&D or a related field, coupled with a dedication to ongoing professional development, is necessary. Your experience should encompass regional settings and fast-paced commercial environments.
This fixed-term contract spans 12 months, during which time you'll be frequently traveling across the country. While there will be opportunities for hybrid working, proximity to our Birmingham Head Office would be advantageous.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £43,000 - £48,000, inclusive of additional benefits.
