We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting skills needs/gap analysis to help determine best workforce planning and talent resourcing strategies. You will also collaborate with business leadership, Finance and Talent to develop and maintain workforce plans for project and headcount needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in workforce planning and talent resourcing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement workforce planning and talent resourcing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to business leaders on talent acquisition and development initiatives.

The estimated salary for this position is around £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. If you have a strong analytical mindset and are able to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
