Estimated Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a learning environment for young people in the Talent Pathway.

  • Develop and maintain a learning environment that fosters growth and development among young players.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure a clear development philosophy is communicated to players, parents, and carers.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to identify and develop player talent, and provide support to prevent, treat, and rehabilitate injuries.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • UEFA B Licence
  • FA DBS
  • FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football
  • FA Safeguarding Children Certificate

In addition to your qualifications, you must possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage others effectively.

Working Hours and Conditions:

This role requires a commitment of approximately 10 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You will need to undergo a DBS check and medical clearance process.

Please note that eligibility to live and work in the UK is required, as well as possession of a fully clean driving licence.
