Workforce Planning Lead

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce plans that meet the needs of our NHS 111 operations.
The successful candidate will have significant experience working in contact centre planning teams, with expertise in forecasting demand and scheduling large numbers of staff. They will also possess strong Excel knowledge and skills, as well as experience with Avaya WFM (Verint) systems.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement workforce plans that meet the needs of our NHS 111 operations.
- Lead weekly and monthly planning sessions, contributing to long-term planning and annual plan progress.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, ensuring timely visibility of areas requiring corrective action.
- Work with the Operations & WFP Systems Development Manager to improve advisor effectiveness and productivity.
- Support the continuous development of automation and value-add processes through WFM.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bristol, with some travel required to other sites. The successful candidate will be expected to embody a culture of professionalism, performance management, and accommodation of reasonable requests.
