Society of Workforce Planning Professionals is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planner to join our team. As a Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion, you will be responsible for anticipating and defining the future talent needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Anticipate and define the future talent needs of the organization
- Assess readiness to compete in the future
- Establish talent strategies to shape talent investments for the future
- 8+ years related experience in strategic initiatives related to HR, workforce planning/management, and/or resource management
- Seasoned professional with proven experience effectively managing stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel)
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
