Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and define the future talent needs of the organization
  • Assess readiness to compete in the future
  • Establish talent strategies to shape talent investments for the future
Requirements:
  • 8+ years related experience in strategic initiatives related to HR, workforce planning/management, and/or resource management
  • Seasoned professional with proven experience effectively managing stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel)

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
