Workforce Planning Strategist

The Society of Workforce Planning Professionals is looking for a skilled Workforce Planning Strategist to drive business growth and improve organizational performance. As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business objectives, assess organizational readiness, and foster an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Assess organizational readiness to compete in the future and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster an inclusive culture and develop customized end-to-end headcount progress-to-goal and movement stories

Requirements:

  • 8+ years related experience in strategic initiatives related to HR, workforce planning/management, and/or resource management
  • Seasoned professional with proven experience effectively managing stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel)
  • Experienced networker with the ability to develop and nurture relationships globally

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
