Workforce Development Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Workforce Development Lead efforts. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you'll play a critical role in shaping our organisation's future.
Your expertise will focus on developing and implementing effective workforce development strategies to enhance our organisation's capacity and capability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful workforce development initiatives, a deep understanding of the social justice sector, and exceptional leadership qualities.

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive workforce development plans that address our organisation's specific needs.

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the social justice sector.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, business administration, or social sciences.
Location:
This is a remote role, with occasional travel to our Birmingham office required.
