Workforce Developer

Able Personnel is seeking a Workforce Developer to play a key role in helping people into long term employment.
The role involves matching customers to suitable employment opportunities, delivering training sessions to small groups, and pro-actively contacting employers to promote the candidates into vacancies.
- Delivering inductions to new candidates
- Initial assessment of customers individual training and development needs to enhance employment prospects
- Constructing individual action plans
- Working closely with the employer engagement consultants to identify relevant employment opportunities
The ideal candidate will possess a GCSE English Language Grade C or above, previous experience of delivering employment focussed advice, guidance, and support either in a training provider or similar or as recruitment consultant in an agency, and awareness of labour market and issues relating to job attainment.
Salary: £28,000 per annum.
Benefits include 20 days holiday + stats, free parking, pension, and free courses and qualifications.
