In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the People Manager with work streams for various academies and directorates, including recruitment, professional growth, probation, and lower-level employee relations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the People Manager with work streams for various academies and directorates
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including pre-employment checks
  • Ensuring accurate pay for new and existing staff

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave entitlement, and onsite parking at all schools.
