**Job Description:**

As a Workforce Scheduling Manager, you will oversee the scheduling of trainer activity to deliver First Aid training and other courses to customers at our training sites and in their workplaces.

You will work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and require analytical and planning skills, with experience of using computerised systems for scheduling or logistics. A salary of £34,000 - £41,000 per year reflects the demands of this role.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of trainer activity scheduling.
  • Planning and coordination of resources to meet customer needs.

**Requirements:

  • Experience of using computerised systems for scheduling or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365.
  • Analytical and planning skills.

**What We Offer:

  • A salary of £34,000 - £41,000 per year.
  • 35 hours of work per week, including some eight-hour shifts starting from 7 am.
