Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team at Red Door Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a client-facing environment, managing customer relationships, and possessing a degree education. You should also have good analytical and project coordination skills, be confident and articulate, and have the ability to develop relationships at all levels within a business environment.

About the Role:
In this role, you will support the onboarding of new clients, build strong relationships with key contacts, and act as the primary point of contact for the account. You will lead clients through the customer journey, provide ongoing account support, and ensure they are getting the most from our platform. You will also project manage client surveys and projects, maintain up-to-date client information, and keep clients informed about new platform features.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working in a client-facing environment, managing customer relationships, and possessing a degree education. You should also have good analytical and project coordination skills, be confident and articulate, and have the ability to develop relationships at all levels within a business environment. Additionally, you will need to be proactive, willing to challenge colleagues and clients in a constructive manner, and have a desire to get things done and go beyond the immediate task.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000, depending on experience, 25 days holiday, plus 8 Bank Holidays, and potential for annual bonuses based on company performance.
