A market-leading solution helping enterprise businesses connect more effectively with their staff.
This growing HR-Tech is looking to add to their Client Success team as part of their ongoing expansion Your supporting strategy team, insight team and sales team will support you to ensuring every aspect of the customer journey is optimal. Work with clients to create, implement, execute and assess business wide employee surveys. Previous experience in a customer success role, working with large of enterprise clients.
Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
Strong organisational skills, experience in project management would transfer well
25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays.
~ Hybrid working 3 days a week in Office
~ Pension.
