An exciting opportunity has become available for a Strategic Account Director to be responsible for the strategic relationship between Microsoft and a leading Retail company.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year.

This role will look to maximise the value of their Microsoft investments so they can empower their people, engage their customers, maximise operations and provide actionable business insight through integrated cloud Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Relationship Owner: Define the strategic vision and lead the transformation with the customer's CxO level Technology, Digital and Business Decision Makers.
  • Team Mobiliser and Orchestrator: Lead a large Microsoft and Partner ecosystem to meet customer goals, empowering team members while maintaining balance.
  • Sales Leader and Operational Excellence: Achieve results by understanding digital transformation drivers and customer priorities, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers accelerate their move to the digital age.
  • Sales Challenger: Continuously build industry and technical knowledge, bringing innovative industry solutions, benchmarks, and references to C-level executives that drive greater efficiencies, optimization, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Thinker: Consider the bigger picture for customers, quickly absorbing information and being conceptual and creative in problem-solving excellence.
