Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented individual to manage and expand our customer and prospect portfolio within the UK's Growth Markets. As a Sales and Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and creating effective sales strategies to introduce new sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of larger-profile customers and exploring new prospects within Growth Markets. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach
- Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Colt's innovative services and solutions
- Revive Dormant Customers: Re-establish relationships with customers with previous customers, bringing them back on board with the right solutions
- Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers
We are looking for a proven sales leader with a track record of delivering growth, boosting productivity, and driving a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, consultative sales approach and experience in business development and account management.
The successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. They should be comfortable presenting to and advising senior executives and have experience in strategic planning and sales execution.

Compensation PackageThe salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
