About the Role

We are looking for a Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a motivated, sociable team and grow with a rapidly expanding international company.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed as a Sales and Account Growth Specialist, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
  • A driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

You will also need to demonstrate a strong motivation to learn and adapt, and confidence in presenting FDM's offerings in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
