Key Account Retention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Retention Specialist to join our team in Shoreditch. This role will involve overseeing the onboarding process of new clients and ensuring they get the most out of our services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering online training, conducting demos, and providing excellent customer service to a set number of accounts.
As we continue to invest in our software development, we are looking for someone who can help us propel our client growth through our subscription-based model.
In this brand-new role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to drive business growth.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a salary of up to £35k basic + £5k bonus, making it a great opportunity for anyone looking to take their career to the next level.
