Meliora Medical Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing medical services provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children and adolescents. We are seeking an experienced Client Relations and Retention Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our vision.
Job Summary:
The Client Relations and Retention Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention, while also providing exceptional support to our clients throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive prompt and professional service.
- Onboarding and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of our services and policies.
- Client Feedback and Quality Improvement: Analyse client feedback and implement changes to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- Minimum of 3 years in a client relations, client success or account management role, preferably within healthcare or education sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus and benefits package.
