We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success Organization as the Manager of Renewals. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on customer retention and renewal growth.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the industry and is highly proficient in English. They should possess a proven track record of achieving and exceeding retention and renewal targets, along with exceptional leadership and people management skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is commonly required.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the renewal team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and address any issues that may affect renewals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
  3. Set clear team goals and KPIs in alignment with company objectives.
  4. Analyze trends and customer feedback to inform renewal strategies.
  5. Work closely with account management and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base.

This position reports directly to the Director of Global Renewals and will be based in Brazil. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
  1. Experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the industry.
  2. Fluent/Advanced English skills.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retention and renewal targets.
  4. Leadership and people management skills.
  5. Prior involvement in contract negotiations and an understanding of the sales cycle.
  6. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
