- To provide expert interventions and oversight to the care of older people within the acute general hospital pathway, ensuring that the care delivered is excellent and in keeping with the most up-to-date guidelines.
- To have a good knowledge of mental health within working-age adults.
- To put the experience of the person using the service at the centre of all decision-making whilst building and maintaining supportive and responsive relationships with colleagues in the acute trust.
The salary for this role is £48,270 - £54,931 per annum, inclusive of 5% fringe benefits.
