Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Arnold Clark in Chertsey.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with colleagues.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their vehicle requirements
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
- Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service strategies
