About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer data to derive actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted CRM strategies, and providing support to the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse reseller behaviour and preferences using demographic data, purchasing trends, product usage information, spending habits, and loyalty metrics.
  • Support the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal, including uploading content and ensuring smooth portal activity.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and database management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel.
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership of projects.
