Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning baseline marketing activity, ensuring CRM, influencer, social, and promotional plans are delivered to plan.
  • Building strong relationships with global brand partners, developing joint marketing plans, and creating co-branded communications.
  • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring each communication and activation accurately represents our brand and adheres to our guidelines.
  • Driving efficiencies by interrogating performance metrics and optimising activity accordingly.

  • Encouraging others and leading project teams, challenging the status quo and being a role model for best-in-class innovative and creative plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in customer-centric marketing teams, using data to inform decision making.
  • Ability to develop and implement 360 TTL campaigns, using data and insights to inform your approach.
  • Experience working with media and creative agencies, as well as channel specialists.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong collaborative relationships and influencing teams across the business.
  • Experience working within a complex matrix organisation and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently, project manage tasks, and hit key deadlines.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
